Weitere Radien sind auf Anfrage herstellbar.<br> <br>Rasterma\u00df ist immer 10 cm, beginnend bei 20 cm bis beliebige L\u00e4nge.<br>In der Praxis (Gerade als auch Kurve) hat sich eine L\u00e4nge von 6 Segmenten mit Anfang und Ende (=70 cm) statisch als auch optisch bew\u00e4hrt.<br> <br>Als Material wird PVC grau in 2 und 4mm St\u00e4rke verwendet, alle Teile sind cnc gefr\u00e4st und glasperlgestrahlt. Diese matte Oberfl\u00e4che sieht sehr gut aus und eignet sich hervorragend zum Lackieren, sieht aber auch unlackiert sehr realit\u00e4tsnah aus. Als Oberfl\u00e4chenbeschichtung hat sich Kunststoffgrundierung bew\u00e4hrt und ist in Baum\u00e4rkten oder \u00fcber uns erh\u00e4ltlich.<br> <br>Die Bauzeit f\u00fcr ein Element von 70 cm betr\u00e4gt ca. eine Stunde.<br>Wie in der Realit\u00e4t sollte jedes Bauwerk den entsprechenden Umweltbedingungen angepasst sein. Dies gilt insbesondere f\u00fcr Trassenf\u00fchrung Kunstbauten wie Tunnels und nat\u00fcrlich f\u00fcr Br\u00fccken.<br> <br>Deshalb bieten wir den Service, jede Br\u00fccke individuell zu planen und als Bausatz zu fertigen.<br> <br>Als Pfeiler bieten sich die LGB\u00ae Pfeiler an, f\u00fcr die wir auch Deck- und Bodenplatten anbieten k\u00f6nnen.<br>Das besondere an unseren Br\u00fccken jedoch ist, dass im Radius auch eine Steigung von bis zu ca 4 % realisiert werden kann.
